Debate Competition - World Nature Conservation Day

World Nature Conservation Day is not merely a symbolic observance; it is a reminder of our interconnectedness with the natural world and the shared responsibility we have to protect it. By working together, embracing sustainable practices, and fostering a collective commitment to nature, we can ensure a harmonious coexistence between humanity and the environment for generations to come.

Protecting nature is a superhero task! On World Nature Conservation Day, we miltonians had a chance to be earth guardians and conducted this beautiful event in our school on Friday, the 28th of July 2023, at Rayyan Hall.

It was an insightful debate between the students of Maple House who spoke for the farmers and the students of Olive House who spoke for technology development. There were fired-up arguments between both the teams and in the end, the judges concluded that both are essential in today's world. Niranjan of grade 7 was selected as the best performer for his on-point arguments.
